When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 25, 2014, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol of 0.165% of blood alcohol concentration at around 01:40 on August 25, 2014, and driven B SP-type car from the first floor of the public parking lot for Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Seoul to the entrance of the above public parking lot from around 30 meters.
