1. The plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. On November 26, 1997, Plaintiff A entered into an agreement with the Defendant for “non-distribution and spectrum traffic accident insurance” (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”), and the main contents are as follows.

D On January 11, 2017, when driving a small-scale highway around 18:0 p.m. (demand day) and driving a Daegu-type highway from Gwangju-gun to Daegu-si, Gwangju-si, the G has caused a single accident and stopped the said small-type vehicle over 16.4km in Daegu-gu Highway located in the Gugyang-si, Gwangju-do (hereinafter referred to as “ship-type vehicle”), and then the said small-type vehicle stops over 16.4km in the middle direction of Gwangju-gu Highway located in the Gugyang-si, Gwangju-do (hereinafter referred to as “Seoul-type vehicle”), and then the said small-type vehicle stops over 18:00 p.m. (on January 11, 2017).
