1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment of Specific Economic Crimes;

A. On September 19, 2010, C related to the lottery of 75th, 2010, purchased professional stable players and fabricated the professional stable players to buy lottery tickets through the team manipulation, with D’s funds to gather money, and upon offering money and goods to E players through F, an active player belonging to the professional stable team, the team manipulation team. On September 19, 2010, C, through I, an active player belonging to the H professional stable team, requested to wear money intentionally at the “G major E” stable match to be held on September 18, 2010. Around September 18, 2010, upon offering money and goods to the players belonging to the H professional stable team, he/she intentionally requested consent from each of his/her players at the “H” match to be held on September 18, 2010.

On September 16, 2010, the Defendant: (a) conspired with C on September 16, 2010, the fact that the instant “G T” E and the “JJ H” livestock game intentionally failed to purchase the players of the E and H professional sports team; (b) was the normal game that was operated by K in Mapo-gu Seoul, without having known in advance of the outcome of the winning; (c) the Defendant, as indicated in the attached Table 26 lottery tickets (1), purchased 20,90,000 lottery tickets from the victim’s sports territory; and (d) purchased 374,3510 tickets from the victim’s sports sports territory in total by purchasing 375,310 tickets from the victim’s lottery tickets under the same method; and (d) purchased 30,000 won from the victim’s sports territory in total; and (e) purchased 135,510 tickets from the victim’s lottery tickets under the same method as indicated in the attached Table 26 lottery tickets (1).
