A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On February 3, 2019, at around 19:55, the Defendant reported to 112 to the effect that “A driver of the other party caused a traffic accident under drinking conditions,” while driving a Bunst motor vehicle on the street in front of the eth of the ethic public playground of the ethic ethic ethic ethic ethic ethic ethic ethic ethic ethic ethic ethic ethp.
