1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 32,325,00 and interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from January 31, 2019 to the date of complete payment.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On November 14, 2017, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant for the window-hosing and metal-hosing works among the DNA works located in the Busan Young-gu, Busan, with respect to the construction of metal structures as follows.

(1) Construction period: (2) Contract amount of KRW 123,200,000 of the supply price of KRW 112,200,000,000 of the contract amount of KRW 111,200,000: (3) No contract deposit: 3% of the contract amount: 3% of the contract amount: 1 year after the construction. 6% of the contract amount: 61,640,000 of the intermediate payment (50%) from the contract date of KRW 15 days (36,960,000 from the contract date of the contract of KRW 24,640,00.

B. As the Plaintiff and the Defendant changed the construction period, construction details, construction cost, etc., the Plaintiff and the Defendant concluded each construction work change contract on February 5, 2018, April 2, 2018, and April 30, 2018.

On April 30, 2018, the terms and conditions of the final revised construction contract and additional construction works are as follows:

1) April 30, 2018 (Final Change Contract) (1) Amendment to KRW 269,830,00 (including value-added tax) to the original construction cost (as amended on April 2, 2018), KRW 17,820,00 (including value-added tax) to the increased or decreased amount of KRW 287,650,00 (including value-added tax).

C. Around May 15, 2018, the Plaintiff completed the construction of windows and metal windows. D.

The Defendant paid to the Plaintiff KRW 262,640,00 in total (294,650,000) of the construction cost under the above construction contract and the additional construction work (287,650,000 won) and paid KRW 32,325,00 in balance (=294,965,000 - KRW 262,640,000).
