1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,000,000 and the interest rate thereon from April 29, 2006 to the date of full payment.

1. Indication of claim;

A. On April 28, 2006, the Plaintiff lent KRW 30,000,000 to Defendant B with interest rate of KRW 5% per month and due date of payment on August 27, 2006, respectively, and Defendant C guaranteed the Plaintiff’s above loan obligation.

B. Therefore, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 30,00,000 and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 30% per annum within the limit of the agreed interest rate from April 29, 2006 to the date of full payment, as the Plaintiff seeks.

2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
