A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 01:00 on February 7, 2019, the Defendant opened a door of DSS7 car owned by the victim C, which was not corrected in the alley of B apartment at Gwangjuyang-si, and committed a theft with cash of KRW 300,000,000,000 from around that time, up to March 6, 2019, the Defendant stolen KRW 1,048,50 in the same way, such as the list of crimes in the attached Table, and attempted to commit a 10-time attempt.

However, if the defendant is the first offender, the amount of damage is relatively minor, the crime is committed in the attempted crime, the agreement is reached with some victims, the defendant's age, reflectability, and family relations, and the various sentencing conditions specified in the records and arguments of this case shall be determined in the same manner as the order.

It is so decided as per Disposition for the above reasons.
