A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

(Criminal Power) On December 18, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on February 5, 2015.

1.
