A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

On September 16, 2015, the Defendant had been sentenced to a suspended sentence of two months on September 24, 2015 at the District Court of Jung-gu, which was sentenced to a suspended sentence of four months for the violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving).

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 15, 2014, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving the Dexton car from the front side of Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City to the front side of Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, without obtaining a driver’s license on October 23, 2014.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (AFS) is a person who is engaged in the operation of the said Bosch Rexton car.

The Defendant, without obtaining the driver’s license as above at the same time, driven the said Grandton car and proceeded at a speed near the “military station” located in the valley in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, while moving to the “military stop distance” from the side of the “military stop distance.”

Since the place is a two-lane road, there was a duty of care to reduce speed to those engaged in driving of a motor vehicle, to live well in the other motor vehicles, and to safely enter the motor vehicle along the two-lanes, the edge of the road, and to prevent accidents in advance.

Nevertheless, the defendant neglected this and proceeded by changing the lane from the two-lane to the one-lane, and did not find the F observer car of the victim E-driving that was driven along the one-lane, and without finding the F observer car in front of the defendant's driver's vehicle, the part of the right side side side side of the victim E-driving car is used in front of the defendant's driver's vehicle, and the victim's H H H car which was parked in the Seoul Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City while driving on the right side as it is without stopping, is also the part of the victim's G H car which was parked in front of the driver's vehicle.
