Punishment of the crime
[Criminal record] On December 4, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to five months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny at the Daegu District Court on December 4, 2014 and completed the execution of the sentence at the Daegu Detention Center on December 22, 2014.

1. On January 27, 2015, the Defendant: “A” parking lot located in Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, in which surveillance was neglected, stolen three large-scale and five small-scale plastic receptions in the sum of the market prices owned by the victim E, which are equivalent to 95,000 won, to the F Truck owned by the Defendant.
2. The Defendant, at around 03:57 on the same day as the preceding paragraph, stolen three plastic clocks equivalent to KRW 30,000 in total of the market prices of the victims I owned by the victim I which are linked to the parking lot “H” located in Daegu Northern-gu G, Daegu-gu, Seoul-gu, by using the gaps in which surveillance was neglected.

On February 1, 2015, around 02:20 on February 1, 2015, the Defendant: (a) took advantage of the gaps in front of the warehouse “K” located in the Daegu Northern-guJ; and (b) took advantage of the gaps in surveillance, the Defendant stolen four plastic beds equivalent to the total amount of KRW 120,000.

4. On April 16, 2015, at around 00:45, the Defendant: (a) moved the victim N in Daegu Northern-gu, the victim’s market price inside the storage operated by the victim N in Daegu Northern-gu, and stolen the Defendant’s transfer of the victim’s P 4 head to load the P wing-on-on-on-ship with a total amount of KRW 280,000,000 in the market price owned by the victim using the gaps in which surveillance was neglected.

5. On May 21, 2015, at around 23:55, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by carrying 15 iron bars in the vehicle in the original form equivalent to KRW 300,000, total market value of the victim R owned by the victim, which was loaded at the site of the studio new construction in Q of Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Q.

6. On July 19, 2015, the Defendant, from “(ju)U” operated by the victim T in Daegu-gu Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, Seoul-gu, into the fence, 15 plastic sheet 15 out of the fence, equivalent to KRW 1,950,000, which is the market price of the victim’s possession.
