A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of confirmation of the above judgment.

Punishment of the crime

On April 29, 2013, at around 18:15, the Defendant driven a rocketing car without obtaining a driver’s license from around approximately 6 km section from around the Jin Chang-gun dialogue market to the front day of the Jin Chang-gun Forest Security Center, which was around 6km.
