Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who establishes four party units in the area of 25 square meters in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City B 1st floor and operates the C party hall.

No one shall operate a billiard room within 200 meters of a school environment sanitation and cleanup zone.

Nevertheless, from November 28, 2015 to March 8, 2016, the Defendant operated the above hall against many unspecified persons in the relative cleanup zone of the school environment sanitation cleanup zone located around approximately 25 meters away from the boundary line of the school environment sanitation cleanup zone located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City.
