A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 6, 2012, the Defendant forged private documents at a place where it is not known to the public on or around February 6, 2012, under the title of the “Virtual Lease Agreement” by means of a computer, the Defendant shall pay the amount of KRW 210,000 (Won 250,000, Won 250,000, Won 250,000,000) to the column for land category, “site” in the “land category column”; “1237.23m23m2” in the building structure column; “refinite concrete” in the “refinite price”; “314.5m25m2” in the leased area column; “on the leased area column; on the leased area column, the amount of KRW 260,000,000 (Won 250,000,000) to the lessor; on the last day of 200,000,0000”

2. The Defendant: (a) around February 14, 2012, in the event of the foregoing investigation document, within the scope of the J K 210 K K K K 2; (b) as if the commercial building lease agreement in the name of G, which is a private document on the forged rights and obligations, was genuinely formed, the Defendant issued it to the victim H and used it thereafter; and (c) the same year thereafter.
