Punishment of the crime

On June 3, 2013, at around 19:45, the Defendant openly imprisonedly committed an obscene act by using scambening the sexual organ with her hand, with her intention, even though the citizens of the Republic of Korea (hereinafter referred to as the “Korea Bank Terminal”) adjacent to the Busan Jin-gu C, Busan, by using her scambening the sexual organ.
