1. Of the part of the first instance judgment’s claim for consolation money, the Plaintiff falls under the following amount.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The relationship between the parties 1) Hyundai Housing Construction by Limited Liability Company (hereinafter “Modern Housing Construction”).

(C) The construction project of “C” (hereinafter referred to as the “instant construction project”) is a project that constructs four apartment units of 33 stories and 614 households on the ground of Gunsan-si B.

(2) On January 14, 2009, the Plaintiff, as a supervisor affiliated with D, was assigned as a supervisor of the instant construction project on April 14, 2009, after being designated as a supervisor of the instant construction project from the Defendant. On April 28, 2009, 5 days after the commencement date of the instant construction project, Hyundai Housing Construction requested the Plaintiff to review to change the basic files of the instant construction to PHC file (130 tons per design) from the original EXT file (i.e., files that expanded the PHC file line to increase the complex capacity by expanding the PHC file to the Plaintiff, and 130 tons per design; ii) to the PHC file; and (iii) the Plaintiff may request a review to verify whether the basic files of the instant construction can be changed to PHC file (120 tons per design; ii) the Plaintiff can be divided into a design file to verify whether the basic files of the instant construction can be changed to PHC file, but the design file can be re-scheduled into the test file to support the PHC unit and the test file to re-examine the main test file.

The Dong Jae Jae-in test shall, in fact, see files and take measurements using equipment, and the static test shall be aground with a weight of at least twice the design load on the port-going file.
