1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months;

2. Provided, That the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 12, 201, the Defendant forged private document: (a) at the public service center of the Gwangju Seo-gu Office of the Gwangju Seo-dong, Gwangju, the Defendant stated that “A has been punished for sexual assaulting 20 times from B” with a color pen; (b) stated “C” in the complainant column, “D” in the resident registration number column, and “C” in the originator column, and read “C” accordingly.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising authority, the Defendant forged a letter of complaint in the name of C, a private document on rights and obligations.

2. The Defendant at the same time and place as set forth in paragraph (1) and submitted a forged complaint as set forth in paragraph (1) to an employee in charge of civil service who is unable to know the name of the pertinent police station, despite being aware of the forgery, as if the document was actually drawn up.

3. In the same date, time, and place as referred to in Paragraph 1, the Defendant prepared a false complaint to the effect that, although the Defendant did not have been raped from B, B would have “be punished for 20 sexual assault several times from B” for the purpose of having criminal punishment imposed upon B, and then submitted it to the official in charge of civil petitions with which the name of the Gwangju Western Police Station is unknown.

On May 12, 201, the Defendant: (a) was investigated as a victim of rape cases at the Gwangju-dong-dong 588 Joseon-dong-dong-dong-dong 588 Joseon-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-gu 588 Gwangju District Police University Support Center; (b) the statement statement statement prepared by the judicial police officer after being investigated as a victim of rape case by the police officer Eul-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-si; (c) the confirmation column among the “written confirmation of investigation process” attached to the above protocol; (d)

Accordingly, the defendant has forged C's signature without authority for the purpose of exercising his authority.

5. The defendant shall attend the above investigation and signature.
