1. The sentence imposed by the court below (six months of imprisonment) is too unreasonable, due to the summary of the grounds for appeal.

The court below determined the punishment by taking full account of the circumstances about the sentencing of the defendant within the scope of the sentencing guidelines as stated in detail on the grounds of the sentencing, and it seems that it is within the reasonable scope, and there are no circumstances to be newly considered in the trial. Thus, the court below's sentence is too unreasonable because it is too unreasonable.

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act since it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
