Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
A. (1) During the period from July 1, 2013 to December 31, 2014, the Defendant, as a research institute commissioned by the F Research Institute of the Korea Water Resources Corporation in Korea, shall conduct an experiment for a long period of time at a water purification plant in an actual scale to assess the smoking and removal of active carbon, and after measuring the value of existing organic carbon (DO) remaining in water that remains in the water tank through a tension for a period of 30 days from 30 days to 50 days, the Defendant shall be determined by comparing it with the facility value (DO) calculated in a water tank for a period of 203 to 205 years.
