The sentence against the accused shall be determined by one year and four months of imprisonment.

Provided, That the above punishment shall be imposed for two years after the judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

On July 21, 2019, at around 16:30, the Defendant driven the above vehicle while under the influence of alcohol 0.172% of alcohol level, and led the Defendant to go behind for parking at the Dwwnae-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Dagjin-gu.

In this case, the driver of the vehicle has a duty of care to operate safely by timely operation of the steering direction and brake system by checking well the front, rear, and left and right of the driver of the vehicle.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and sustained the injury of the victim, who was parked in the rear room due to the negligence that he was unable to drive normally due to the influence of drinking, following the top top of the F-wing vehicle driven by the victim E (V, 61 years old), who was driven by the victim E (the 61 year old), with the rear part of the above rocketing car volume, caused the collision with the victim who was on board the above wing vehicle for about two weeks, such as the dump dump, tension, etc. in need of treatment.
