Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On March 4, 2015, at around 00:40, the Defendant: (a) caused the incident of assaulting E and alcohol at D main points located under the underground of the building located in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and (b) caused the incident of assaulting E and the main place of business, and (c) caused G (52 years of age) belonging to the Seoul Yongsan Police Station F District Unit (31 years of age) of the Seoul Yongsan Police Station, who called the site by filing a 112 report by the main place of business; and (d) “Isle, Isle, Isle, Isle, Isle, Isle, Isle, Isle, Isle, Isle, Isle, Isle, Isn, and h kel of a police officer, who was arrested as a flagrant offender for the obstruction of performance of official duties, and feld the part of H’

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the above police officers and interfered with the legitimate performance of official duties by the police officers on the 112 Report Processing.
