Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 9, 2007, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1.5 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) at the Suwon Flag method, and on January 4, 2008, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 2 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) at the Suwon Flag method.

On May 27, 2016, the Defendant driven a passenger car with two low alcohol level of about 500 meters in a section of approximately 0.097% alcohol level in blood, from the apartment complex of approximately 500 meters to the Hart-ro road located in the library of Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si.
