Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a person who opens a superstore under the Distribution Industry Development Act (hereinafter collectively referred to as “A”) in the name of “A” from the 6th underground floor and the 9th floor above the ground in Gyeyang-gu, Gyeyang-gu.

B. The Defendant is a sectional owner of the first floor among the above “A building” established by the Plaintiff (hereinafter “instant store”).
