Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On June 20, 2013, at around 00:20, the Defendant expressed the Defendant in front of C Station D in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, at the drinking house called “H” by the victim E, the victim E, the victim F, and the victim G, and expressed a large voice to the victim E, from among many persons of the above victims and the victim E, and expressed the victim F and the victim G with the “snick, f, and f, f, f, f, f, f, h.”

Accordingly, the Defendant insultd each victims publicly.
