A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On October 16, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of suspension of the execution of imprisonment with prison labor for night buildings, larceny, etc. at the Busan District Court’s branch branch, and on January 22, 2014, the same court was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, and on September 16, 2014, the said judgment became final and conclusive on September 16, 2014, and the execution of the said sentence was completed on March 19, 2015 at the Busan District Court’s detention center.

At around 02:50 on August 19, 2017, the Defendant: (a) 20:60 on August 19, 2017, the Defendant: (b) 03:00 on the same day, carried a horse to the victim while driving the taxi in around 03:0 on the same day; and (c) f0,000 won in cash owned by the victim, which was kept in custody in the instant taxi driver’s seat and the front knife, was stolen by her hand.

1. On July 27, 2017, the Defendant stolen 200,000 won in cash owned by the victim and 200,000 won, which was kept on the top of the steering line of G-si operated by F, G-si in the vicinity of Busan Gyeong-dong, by using the gaps in which the management of the victim was neglected.

2. On August 29, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 22:45 on August 29, 2017, the victim was placed above the instant taxi driver’s seat by taking advantage of the gaps in which the management of the victim was neglected while he/she was boarding in the top of the G taxi operated by the victim F in the vicinity of the Busan metropolitan-dong branch office located in the Busan metropolitan-dong branch; and (b) the victim was placed above the instant taxi driver’s seat.
