1. The main point of the grounds for appeal is that the lower court’s punishment (two years of imprisonment with prison labor, four years of suspended execution, and 120 hours of community service order) is too unhued and unreasonable.

2. In full view of the circumstances revealed in the reason for sentencing and various sentencing conditions indicated in the record, the lower court’s sentence cannot be deemed to have exceeded the reasonable scope of discretion because it is excessively unfeasible.

3. The prosecutor's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
