1. The Defendant shall accept, on September 27, 2018, the Defendant’s gender support for the Daegu District Court with respect to the Plaintiff’s 387 square meters in Sung-gun, Sung-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun.

1. The Plaintiff indicated the claim was the owner of the land indicated in the Disposition No. 1 (hereinafter “instant land”). However, the Defendant agreed to lend money and completed the registration of ownership transfer as to the instant land under the Daegu District Court’s Sung Branch Branch on September 27, 2018 received on September 27, 2018.

However, since the defendant did not lend money to the plaintiff unlike the above agreement, it is obligated to implement the procedure for cancellation registration of ownership transfer registration to the plaintiff.
