A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On July 5, 2012, at the court of Incheon Incheon District Court, the defendant appeared and taken an oath as a witness of the case in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Economic Crimes (Embezzlement) against the above court No. 2011Gohap824, the defendant responded to the prosecutor's "I do not know that I would have been aware that I would not have been aware that I would have been aware of before the end of the month or the execution of the funds," and the attorney's "C does not, around July 2010, there is no agreement that I will contribute the development fund of KRW 1 billion to E medical graduate school on behalf of the corporation in the name of the D Medical Foundation."

However, from July 199 to May 2008, the Defendant was a director of the D Medical Corporation, and from around the above D Medical Corporation from around May 2008, C was the head of the administrative office of the F Hospital established by the D Medical Foundation. Since around July 1999, C was the Defendant’s imprisonment, it was actually established the D Medical Foundation and operated the D Medical Foundation and F Hospital. The Defendant was aware that around September 2010, C was involved in preparing the minutes of the board of directors of the D Medical Foundation, which decided to contribute the development fund as above, and C was also aware that around October 4, 2010, submitted an agreement to contribute KRW 1 billion to the E Medical Corporation Development Fund at the E Medical School.

Accordingly, the defendant appeared as a witness, took an oath, and made a false statement contrary to his memory, and perjury.
