If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On October 16, 2015, at around 00:20, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim C (nives, 30 years of age) and met his sexual desire, the Defendant saw the victim’s walked in front of the Ocheon-gu, Macheon-gu, the Defendant 200, and caused the victim to feel numerical sense and aversion against good customs, such as: (b) finds the victim C (nives, 30 years of age); (c) frighten the sexual organ; and (d) reporting the escape; and (c) fright the victim’s escape without getting the victim.
