Punishment of the crime

On October 1, 2015, the Defendants A was sentenced to three years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (special quasi-rape) in the Daegu District Court Kimcheon-ro on October 1, 2015, and the judgment was finalized on June 9, 2016, and on May 13, 2016, the decision was finalized on May 21, 2016.

Criminal facts

1. The Defendants in violation of the Employment Security Act, in collusion with the competent authority, did not make a registration with respect to the relevant entertainment tavern, and did business for reporting to many entertainment bars, such as the Guro-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City Office from March 2015 to April 27, 2015, and the HH entertainment bars in Malcheon-gu, Maldong-si, Maldong-si, and Defendant A transferred a business know-how. 2.
