The defendant is a person who drives a EXE car.

On December 22, 2013, at around 22:20, the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol level of about 0.099% from a section of about 7km from the roads on the Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon to the front day of the Japanese High School located in the Bupyeong-gu, Bupyeong-gu, 577.
