Applicable provisions of Acts: As the provisions of Articles 208(3)1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act concerning statutory interest rates of Article 3(1) main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Encouragement, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Amendment are effective from June 1, 2019, it shall be recognized only as 15% per annum from the date following the delivery date of the duplicate of the complaint of this case until May 31, 2019, and 12% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment, and the excess portion shall be dismissed.
