1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years;

Punishment of the crime

Not more than hereinafter, each combination case shall be entered in order of time, not in the order of case number.

[Criminal Power] On September 26, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Suwon District Court on September 26, 2013 and completed the execution of the sentence on May 26, 2014.

【Criminal Facts】

On May 2, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around May 2, 2015, the Defendant received KRW 900,00,00 from the Defendant’s residence located in Speakerang City E; and (b) voluntarily corrected part of the facts charged to the extent that it does not interfere with the Defendant’s exercise of his/her right to defense, based on evidence duly adopted and investigated by this court.

The F traded philophones by delivering 1.05g philophones, which are divided into two philophones for one-time use, to F.

2. "2015 Highest 6874".

A. On August 2015, the Defendant administered philophones by drinking 0.1g of philophones in the Defendant’s residence located in the Gtel 706 of the Gu Gtel in Ansan-si, on a coffee, at around 22:00.

B. At around 17:50 on August 2015, the Defendant received philophones by delivering approximately 0.14g of philophones (two-time medications) in the Defendant’s residence, and to H, in a single-use injection device, at around 17:50.

C. At around 22:00 on September 11, 2015, the Defendant: (a) delivered, free of charge, approximately 0.14g of philophones containing two injection devices for a single-time use to H; (b) received and delivered philophones.

On September 22, 2015, the Defendant administered philopon by drinking about 0.1g of philopon to a coffee at the Defendant’s residence above the Defendant’s residence, and by drinking about 0.1g of philopon to a coffee.

E. (1) On October 13, 2015, the Defendant was parked on the road near the IO station in Ansan-si around October 10, 2015.
