1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 41,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from November 13, 2014 to the day of full payment.

According to the facts that there is no dispute between the parties to the judgment as to the cause of the claim, the entry of the evidence No. 1, and the purport of the entire pleadings, the Plaintiff loaned KRW 53,00,000 to the Defendant after around 209, and the Defendant did not pay the remainder after the repayment of interest to the Defendant by July 25, 2014.

According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 41,00,000 in balance of the loan and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from November 13, 2014 to the date of full payment, as claimed by the Plaintiff, following the delivery date of a copy of the complaint in this case, to the day of full payment.

2. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices, on the ground that the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable.
