1. It was concluded on December 30, 201 with respect to real estate indicated in the attached Form C between the defendant and limited partnership company.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Plaintiff filed a claim against the limited partnership C (hereinafter “C”) for a payment order claiming construction cost of KRW 15.5 million and damages for delay (hereinafter “instant construction cost claim”) with the Daegu District Court Branch Branch Branch Branch of 2011 tea1950,000,000,000, and the said court issued a payment order ordering payment of the said amount on July 21, 201, and the said payment order was served to the limited partnership C on July 25, 2011, and became final and conclusive on August 9, 2011.
B. On December 30, 2011, the Defendant leased the real estate indicated in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant real estate”) from C as the lease deposit amounting to KRW 24 million, and the lease period from December 30, 201 to December 29, 2013.
(hereinafter, “instant lease agreement.” The Defendant, on February 24, 2012, filed a move-in report with the instant real estate, and obtained a fixed date in the instant lease agreement on October 31, 2012.
C. At the time of the conclusion of the instant lease agreement, the registration of provisional attachment was made on June 30, 201, with respect to the instant real estate, the registration of provisional attachment, “the creditor F, the claimed amount of KRW 258,500,000,000,” which was “the registration of the establishment of the neighboring mortgage, which was “the creditor G, the claimed amount of KRW 12,400,000,000,000,” and “the registration of the establishment of the neighboring mortgage, E, the maximum debt amount of KRW 32,000,000,000,000,000,000 won,” on July 25, 2011, each of which was “the creditor G, the claimed amount of KRW 12,000,000,000,000,0000,000 won.”
C On January 16, 2013, the Daegu District Court of the Daegu District Court of the Republic of Korea, 202, 302, 302, 402, 502, 601, 602, 701, 702, 802, 901, 902, 902, 101, 1001, 1002, and 13 households of the above apartment.
