Details of the disposition

The Defendant is a maintenance and improvement project partnership that implements a housing redevelopment project by designating the Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government N Total Area 63,231 square meters (hereinafter “instant rearrangement zone”) as an improvement zone. The Plaintiffs are the co-owners of the Defendant who own the land or buildings listed in the attached list of real estate in the instant rearrangement zone (hereinafter “each of the instant real estate”), including the land and buildings owned by the Plaintiffs.

The head of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter referred to as the "head of Eunpyeong-gu") announced the project implementation authorization for the defendant on September 26, 2013.

On October 4, 2013, in order to establish a management and disposal plan, the Defendant requested an appraisal corporation and the Korea Appraisal Corporation (hereinafter “Korea Appraisal Corporation”) to appraise the land and buildings within the rearrangement zone in the instant case, including the two appraisal corporations.

Around June 2014, the Defendant submitted an appraisal report on September 26, 2013, which is the date of announcement of authorization for project implementation, to evaluate the value of land and buildings in the instant improvement zone as of September 26, 2013, which is the date of announcement of authorization for project implementation. Around July 29, 2014, the Defendant passed a resolution on a management and disposition plan formulated based on the average of the two appraised values at the extraordinary general meeting held on July 29, 2014, but the Defendant passed a resolution on the amendment of the management and disposition plan on April 25, 2015 (hereinafter “instant management and disposition plan”), and the head of Eunpyeong-gu authorized the instant management and disposition plan on May 7, 20
