A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of five years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 2015, the Defendant was able to commit suicide after killing the University, and murdering an unrelated person with the Defendant, while preparing for employment from December 2016, 2016.
