Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 9, 2014, at around 02:20, the Defendant driven a NUG car in the state of alcohol alcohol 0.137% of blood alcohol concentration at approximately 900 meters from the Do in front of the store of the CU convenience in the East Sea to the front road of the Defendant’s house in the same city M.
