Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 26, 2013, the Defendant was on board the C police box located at C, which was driven by the victim D (age 45) in front of the police box located at C, which was driven by the Defendant around 22:40.

On August 26, 2013, at the time of destination, the Defendant: (a) expressed the victim’s desire to “this son, bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch f apartment at any time,” and (b) received the victim’s chest part from the taxi from the taxi at the end of the vehicle, and assaulted twice the victim’s chest part from the taxi.
