A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a business owner who operates a similar trading establishment with the trade name "E" on the Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D and the second floor.

From March 2017 to May 11, 2017, the Defendant arranged commercial sex acts by having three female employees, such as F and G, with three rooms at the business establishment called Seoul Songpa-gu D and 2nd floor “E”, and by having male customers find such places receive 75,000 won in return for similar commercial sex acts from male customers, and having female employees take 75,000 won in return for similar commercial sex acts, and by having them look at the same situation.
