B On April 19, 2013, the Seoul Southern District Court was sentenced to 2 years of imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of violating the Juvenile Protection Act in the Seoul Southern District Court, and the decision became final and conclusive on July 12, 2013.
1. The Defendants’ co-principals of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Ftel Nos. 519, 711, 717, 911, 1311, and 1509 are those who operate a commercial sex business establishment with the trade name of “H” by leasing 519, 711, 911, 1311, and 1509, and employing 2-5 women including female employees G (n, the age of 33). Defendant B is the night office head of the above business establishment from February 28, 2013 to June 24, 2013.

A From November 1, 2012 to June 24, 2013, Defendant B, from February 28, 2013 to June 24, 2013, received 130,000 won to June 24, 2013 from unspecified male grandchildren, and had female employees, such as the above G, perform sexual intercourse with male grandchildren in the above officetel 519, 71, 717, 91, 131, and 1509.
As a result, Defendants conspired to arrange sexual traffic for business purposes.
2. On February 28, 2013, Defendant A employed B as the head of night office of the business establishment “H” at the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Ftel, and asked the said B to the effect that “I will be responsible for and paid if I will attend an investigative agency and receive a survey as H’s unemployment because it is possible to have a strong punishment because it has the same record of regulating the same crime,” thereby allowing the said B to make a false confession at the time of regulating the police against the said business establishment.
Accordingly, around March 14, 2013, the above B is investigated under suspicion of violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (the Act on the Punishment of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.) that arranged sexual traffic at the investigation station and office in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Gangnam Police Station located in the Jan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
