When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 1, 2012, at around 22:45, the Defendant driven a passenger car with a 8 kilometer B car by up to 8 kilometers in front of the shooting post office located in the same area on the road located in the emulposium located in the emulpo in the emulpo-gun of North Korea, in the state of alcohol of 0.13% of blood alcohol concentration.
