1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 3,310,619 as well as KRW 30,000 among them, from March 20, 2014 to the day of full payment.

1. On August 31, 2010, the Plaintiff indicated the claim and lent KRW 30,000,00 to the Defendant on September 2, 2013 under the pretext of the KB Unguaranteed Guarantee Agreement. As of March 19, 2014, the Plaintiff sought payment of KRW 33,310,619, total amount of the principal and interest unpaid as of March 19, 2014 ($30,000,000 + interest of KRW 2,097,469 + interest of KRW 1,213,150 prior to incorporation + interest of KRW 1,213,150). Since the overdue interest rate applicable under the terms and conditions is 18% per annum, the Plaintiff seeks payment.
