A. The relationship between the parties 1) The Plaintiff and the network D are siblings, and Defendant B is the spouse of the network D, and Defendant C is the children of the network D. 2) The network D died on April 17, 2018.

나. 망 D의 토지 구입 및 소유권이전등기 1) 망 D은 1990. 8. 31. ‘서울 용산구 E 대 639m{} ^{2}(이하 ’이 사건 토지‘라 한다)’에 관하여 1990. 7. 27.자 매매를 원인으로 한 소유권이전등기를 마쳤다. 2) 망 D은 2004. 9. 3. F에게 이 사건 토지 중 639분의 10 지분에 관하여 2014. 8. 20.자 매매를 원인으로 한 소유권일부이전등기를 마쳐주었다.

(2) Each registration of initial ownership is completed with respect to the whole of the buildings mentioned in No. 17.

The network D shall be the Plaintiff.
