A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On April 7, 2013, the Defendant: (a) driven B Popsing from the service of around 20:10, driving the B B Popsing along the two-lane two-lane 1 in the Gu-U.S. Sin-si, Sin-si, Sin-si, facing the two-lane 1 in the Gu-U.S. Sin-si, from the Sin-si, Sin-si, the Defendant neglected to perform the duty of front and rear Popsing, while changing the two-lane to the one-lane; (b) negligently driven the said one-lane in the same direction as the Defendant, due to occupational negligence, driven by the victim C (30 years of age) who driven the said one-lane in the same direction as the Defendant loaded the said B Popsing vehicle; and (c) continued to stop at one-lane in the direction of the Defendant, the latter part of the victim (E27 years of age) who was driving in the front part of the B Popsing.

Ultimately, the Defendant by such occupational negligence inflicted injury on the victim C, such as fluoral salt, which requires approximately three weeks of medical treatment, and inflicted injury on the victim G (V, 62 years of age), which requires two-time medical treatment, such as fluoral damage, on the part of the victim E, and at the same time, sustained injury on the victim E, such as cluoral and cluoral salt, which requires two weeks of medical treatment, and escaped without immediately stopping the said D's repair cost of KRW 1,825,380 for the said D's cargo, with each damage that exceeds KRW 895,132 of the repair cost, and without immediately stopping the said D's cargo.
