A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On December 24, 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed an indecent act against the sexual flag and chest from C on December 23, 2013, 2013 at the Daejeon Middle Police Station and the office located in Daejeon Middle-gu, Daejeon, with the intention of having C obtain criminal punishment; (b) went to the highest on the paper of the accusation which was kept in the relevant place; (c) was committed by using a scood pen; and (d) was committed an indecent act against the sexual flag and chest from C; and (c) was landed from the bed and sexual assaulted.

'Before making an accusation to the effect that the complaint was filed.

However, in fact, the defendant was sexual intercourse under the agreement with C around the above date and did not have been raped by C.

Nevertheless, the Defendant submitted the above complaint to the police officer who could not know the name at the same date and at the same place, and brought C with C.
