1. Defendant A’s imprisonment with prison labor for two years and fines for thirty thousand won, Defendant B and C for ten months, Defendant D, E, F, G, and H.

Criminal facts

1. No person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or an entrusted business entity of Defendant A, B, or C, shall issue sports betting tickets or similar things (including the issuance by means of information and communications networks) and provide property or property benefits to persons who win at the betting;

Nevertheless, on February 2010, the Defendants, other than the entrusted business entity, agreed to operate a private sports soil site and distribute their profits therefrom. Defendant A invested KRW 40 million, Defendant B, and Defendant C, respectively, with an investment of KRW 5 million, and Party B and C entered the sports schedule, results, etc. in the above site, and the following 50% of the profits that Party B and C agreed to manage the above site, such as exchanging the game money, were offered to Party A and 25% of the profits, respectively.

Therefore, from February 3, 2010 to April 30, 2010, the Defendants operated the site of Q, which is a private sports soil site, respectively, from May 1, 2010 to December 23, 2010, from May 1, 2010 to December 23, 2010.

The Defendants received money from the members of the above site from the Agricultural Cooperative in the name of A, etc., and charge the corresponding game money to the members, and predicted the results of the games in the form of a stable, deaf-gu, and camping district, etc. which are conducted at home and abroad, so that at least 5,000 won per game to a maximum of 1,00,000 won per member per game, and at least for the members who did not pay the game money according to the ratio of distribution to those who did not know the results of the games, the Defendants, from February 3, 2010 to December 23, 2010, operate the above private sport site from around February 3, 2010 to December 23, 2010.
