Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person subject to a call for social service personnel.

A person who has received a notice of convening a meeting of social service personnel shall not comply with the convocation within three days from the date of convening the meeting without justifiable grounds.

On August 13, 2020, the defendant's house located in Busanjin-gu B and C, and through the defendant's D e-mail (e-mail address): by September 7, 2020, the defendant sent to the Busan Young-gu Election Management Committee a notice of call-up of social service personnel by the head of the Busan Military Manpower Administration by September 7, 2020.

Nevertheless, without justifiable grounds, the defendant did not comply with the convocation within three days from the above convocation date.
