A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a vehicle B in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Risk Driving).

On August 15, 2017, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.167% during blood transfusion, which was difficult to drive normally, and led to the flow of the said car to the intersection of the Olympic Park in front of Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul to the direction of the monarchal distance, from the direction of the monarchal distance to the direction of the monarchic calendar.

2. On August 15, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) on and around August 12:2, 2017, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol with a 0.167% alcohol concentration from the 4km section from the 527 km-ro, Songpa-gu, Seoul to the front road of the same Gu.
