A fine of three million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On February 21, 2013, the Defendant, who lives for one’s own business in a residential area, did not obtain permission from the competent authorities for conversion of farmland for the purpose of using heavy equipment between 10:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m., and caused damage to forests equivalent to KRW 13,229,000 at the mountain price.
