A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On January 26, 2012, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 2,50,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Gwangju District Court's Netcheon Branch on January 26, 201, and a summary order of KRW 3 million as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Gwangju District Court's Netcheon Branch on October 24, 2016.
